D+C is an independent forum for development debate. We distribute our content on our website – both in the form of individual articles and a monthly e-paper post our articles on the website. However, we also produce a print issue with contributions of long-term relevance. It is designed for use by educational institutions, non-governmental organisations, public agencies, libraries et cetera.
If you like, you can order a subscription free of charge. Please tell us so in an e-mail or a letter. We need the name of the institution, the postal address, a contact person and his/her e-mail address. Each issue includes to focus sections which provide an overview over ongoing debate concerning pertinent topics. For example, the first print issue this year focussed on the rule of law and on drugs, and the one before dealt with social inequality as well as technology and labour.
D+C/E+Z is published by Engagement Global and funded by Germany's Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development with a mission not to serve as a governmental mouthpiece, but to promote debate.
