Marta Sobchuk has been supporting the partnership between the municipality of Lanivtsi in Ukraine and Lingen an der Ems as a specialist since September 2024. As project manager, her primary goal is to strengthen the capacities in the Lanivtsi municipal administration through networking and professional development and to further deepen the partnership with Lingen. Ms Sobchuk organizes training courses in areas such as project management, based on the needs of municipal employees. This also involves municipal institutions such as schools and vocational colleges, municipal hospitals and public utilities.
