Bonn, 7 november 2024. It all began with the obvious areas of similarity between the two municipalities: the scenic wine-growing area and the tourism associated. In this, both cities are increasingly addressing the need to adapt to climate change. As they got to know each other better, Eltville am Rhein and Tunuyán identified further shared topics, such as biodiversity and climate-adapted urban green spaces.

Bonn, 2 September 2024. The Cologne – Rio de Janeiro partnership is hosting the partnership conference between German, Latin American and Caribbean municipalities on 4 and 5 September.
